• Most products sold are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which typically applies to manufacturing defects only. This does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse. Please refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for full warranty details.

• For peace of mind, products purchased from smilekitesurf.com may be returned at the buyer’s expense for a store credit to be used on a future purchase. Returned goods must be unused, in new condition, and received within 14 days of delivery.

• Unauthorised or commercial use of any content, images, or multimedia material displayed on the Smile Kite Surf website is prohibited. If you wish to link to any page other than our homepage, prior permission is required.

• In the event that a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. (As you’d understand, if a $500 kite were accidentally listed for $50, we’d need to correct that!)

• All gift vouchers and gift cards expire 36 months from the date of purchase.

• Free shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD, delivered within Australia only. Free shipping does not apply to second-hand equipment or consignment stock.
