• Most products we sell are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty. This usually applies to manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product. Please refer to the manufacturers documentation for more info. For peace of mind, products purchased from smilekitesurf.com can be returned (at the buyers expense) for a store credit to be used against a future purchase. Goods must be returned in new condition, and within 14 days of receipt.

• Unauthorized or commercial use of content or multimedia material (of any sort) displayed on the Smile Kite Surf site is prohibited. If you wish to link to somewhere in our site other than our homepage, then please ask our permission first.

• In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order... you could understand if we accidentally listed a $500 kite for $50 right?

• All gift vouchers/cards expire 36 months from purchase date.

• Free shipping option is available for all orders over $200.00, delivered within Australia only. (Free Shipping does not apply to second hand equipment or consignment stock)
